I've been going to Auto Sense for about 3 years now. I finally found an auto repair shop you can trust. Ken and Ken Jr. always treat you well. They do great work for fair prices and are always on time. Rose calls to check up on you a couple of days after you get your car back. I won't take my cars anywhere else. A real family operation.

The guys at Auto Sense (Ken, Kenny) are kind, intelligent, and caring. It is rare to see mechanics NOT try to get over on you. They were able to VERY QUICKLY repair my issue (literally diagnosed and replaced a muffler in the same day...on a Friday afternoon) knowing that I had work in the coming days. That kind of service is exceptional. Though you may get lucky finding some weird bootleg shop that could do things a dollar cheaper, you are getting a good price, but great service at Auto Sense. I imagine that I'll be back for routine maintenance (winterizing, oil changes, etc.)

UPDATE:

This is a real story. I called Auto Sense half freaking out because I heard a really weird and loud banging sound coming from my muffler. I am no car expert, but I'm also not an idiot, and when I got underneath I saw that my heat shield above my muffler had began to fall off.

Same day, right before closing, guys at Auto Sense took me in to see me and see what the problem was, and installed a new bolt and washer for free because of the holiday season.

That is the type of family service you get here. That is why I keep coming back.

I prefer a family owned versus chain business when managing maintenance on my vehicles. They are always willing to go above and beyond to help their customers, whether that be a ride back home or a friendly conversation. This family is great at what they do and their customer service.

Amazing job, quick and easy service. The customer service is wonderful. Plus you get a mug of goodness. Love the service and atmosphere. Small and friendly.

Auto Sense is great! They're really friendly, offer shuttle service, and you always get a good rate. I would highly recommend them.
