So here's the deal.  I called asking for an interstate battery at 440 pm.  They were out of stock, but told me where to get one.  They could have tried to schedule me and sell me a battery in a few days or blanky said uhhh.  They gave away a small sale to the competition to help me resolve my problem.

I have been going to this shop for several years. I loved the former owners and was very skeptical when I learned that there some changes. However, I have to say that so far so good. We have had a new engine installed on one vehicle and general maintenance on another in the last few months. The prices are comparable, if not better than other places and they install quality products. I tried to save money by finding an engine online, they did some research of what I found and discovered the company had multiple complaints on BBB. I have to add that Zack is an incredible asset to the business. He is very communicative with the clients and goes above and beyond. The rest of the guys as well. I like to go somewhere that I can trust the people and be treated like family, that is Ritchie Automotive.

Do yourself a favor and take your car ANYWHERE but here. Put a new engine in using a YouTube video, you would get better results. After putting a second crappy engine in my car they refuse to honor the warranty and claim it's my fault, that I ran the car out of oil. I had just changed the oil and I checked it the day the car broke down and the level was fine.
