The quality of service was top-notch, with Matt being friendly, constantly keeping me in the loop, and providing updates on a very regular basis. It was a very reassuring feeling.

This was slightly undermined when around $200 worth of belongings disappeared from my car which they took no responsibility for and did nothing to even attempt to compensate for the loss of. I'm genuinely sad that this happened at this store, as otherwise it would be a 5-star experience.

When they say that you will be satisfied, they don’t just say that in passing!! Michael McDonald is hands down the most professional, approachable, honest and caring car care professional I have ever met.

My car came in for repairs after the ice storm, Mike and his team sent me a text almost every other day.  They cared about my car as much (if not more than) as I do.  When some issues came up, there was no back and forth, it was just get your truck back in here we got this!  Absolutely phenomenal job...I almost want to get in a wreck again, just so mike can take care of me again!!! (Almost)

Very Professional, very courteous staff. My accident is a massive toll on my finances and my time as I work a lot. They worked around my schedule and personally informed me of updates on my vehicle, even when my car was considered total loss they made the process of coming and retrieving my personal effects and saying goodbye to my car as painless as possible and  had very sympathetic attitude to the situation. They guided me through the steps better than the Insurance company did. Thank you Caliber Collisions, I hope I wont have to go back but if I do I know I'm in good hands.

From the moment I called to schedule an estimate, to picking up my vehicle,  I was treated with the utmost respect. Between Brian, Mike, Matt, and the kind women at the front desk, everyone had a great attitude and always kept me informed about anything and everything. I would pay more for vehicle repairs, just to go through this collision repair shop.
