I spent $35 and the detailed cleaning i got was no where i would even consider clean. Didn’t bother to vaccum under the seats. Dirt every where.The worse part was when the guy came and asked me if i want to get the third row of the car cleaned as well!! Jan 1st and they weren’t even busy today. Never going back. I do a much better job myself.

Wow, I can't remember a time where I got this bad of a car wash. I paid $36.99 for the managers special. Well I feel like the manager just robbed me. They didn't vacuum the trunk like I asked. The mats weren't put back in there place, nor were they vacuumed. They got armoral splotches all over the dash, just looked messy. There was cloth all over the inside glass and the top of the dashboard. I've had better car washes for cheaper. I pointed out everything that was wrong for the kid cleaning my car, finally I had to take the cloth from him and start cleaning myself. What a joke! I don't plan on ever coming back, I wouldn't want another wash if it were free. Frankly I just want my money back.

I honestly don’t know how a car wash gets quality people like this to work here.  Exceptional service for the price. Just an incredibly friendly and professional staff. Where do these people come from?

The only reason I went was because I wanted the inside of my car detailed. They said that I could not have the inside of my car done without purchasing a wash for my entire car. Once it was done, not only was the wash on the outside of my car sub-par, the inside of my car had not been completed. When I reached out to the location manager, he said that not only could I NOT have my money back, but that my ONLY option was to come back for another "COMPLIMENTARY WASH." I sent him photos of my dashboard that still had dust on it, underneath my mats that had not been swept under, underneath my seats on the console side had not even been vacuumed. I called their customer service number, and they told me the exact same thing. So if you want to donate money to a bunch of people that are getting paid to do absolutely NOTHING, go to Autobell in Durham.
