I might have gone on an off day, but the process was not as smooth as I am used to at other places. When I first got there, no one was outside to assist and I ended up driving to the entrance of the wash before someone came out. I then had to backup to the sign (around a weird bend and parked cars) to have them walk to where I originally was to scan my card.

My car was also not cleaned after it went through the wash. Granted, it was heavily covered in salt so I understand to some extent, but it was barely cleaned. 

All-in-all, if you're bringing a car that is VERY dirty, I suggest more than the minimum wash because it may not get everything off. Also, have patience with the staff. Many of the people I encountered were younger so this might be a first job for them. Everyone was very polite though and I was in and out of the wash quickly.

Pulled up. Sign said. "Wait for Attendant". Waited at least 5 minutes. No one came over. I saw at least 6 employees wandering around. Waste of time

If I could leave a -1 I would. I got the $24 deluxe interior/exterior wash. I was rushed, and it only took 5 minutes to do both in all....HOW?!? There’s no way I received all of what I was suppose to get In this package. They were standing around goofing off, and ready to get it over with. I understand it was towards the end of the day and everyone was ready to go, by that was unfair to me and my pockets. Save YOUR MONEY and go ELSEWHERE. Bunkey’s is way better but they were closed which is the only reason i didn’t go there.

Undesirable experience. Thought I would try a local carwash, and not the chains. I was foolish. I got the $24 dollar Deluxe Full Service and my tires were shined and door jams were wiped. The other 4 things were not done(Hand Wheel Clean, Inside Windows, Inside Vacuum, Dust Dash and Console). When I confronted attendants of the situation, they said "you want us to vacuum your trunk for 24 dollars?". I left with 3 of the 6 services I PAID FOR complete. Go someplace else where you will be respected and have the services you paid for complete.

First and last time here.   You are better off going to the spray wash and doing it yourself.  I paid 22.00  for managers special.   When I got my car back, half the windshield was still dirty. The inside has not been wiped down. There was still mud on my placemats and the front of the car was still covered in sludge.   When I pointed it out their solution was to get the detail guy out there to let me know if I brought it back he would be happy to detail it for me.    Save your money. Go to Autobell or do it yourself
