I'm not an especially demanding customer at car washes. I just want the dirt knocked off and the interior vacuumed out. This place offers a reasonably, if not exceptionally, good car wash for a competitive price. There is usually not much of a line. The staff do their job quickly and politely. There's not any "upsell" (that is, pressure to purchase a higher-priced service than you ask for) like I've experienced in other car wash places.

They post nothing on their website or voicemail when they close for inclement weather- even if it was only raining for half an hour much earlier in the day. I posted on their website and never heard back; I called to the manager and he simply explained the policy rather than offering to resolve the issue. Won’t be returning.

Really nice winter time car wash because they dry your car after it goes through the car wash. They open all the doors, vacuum the carpets, clean all the windows inside and out, and are very likeable people. There's a Keurig in the waiting room

They don't get any of the salt and muck off the bottom of your car even though they advertise it and sell an "undercarriage wash" package. 

Manager was not helpful at all when I pointed this out and said he couldn't see any of the salt or muck that was right in front of his nose.

I spent 30 dollars on an "ultimate" car wash.  Usually youd think they would take thier time and there would be even sone fragrance of smelling clean I get in amd there are smudges everywhere.  Dirt still under my floor mats.  Exterior looks ok windows still have smudges. It would probably help if you didnt use the same towels all day.  Change them up between cars.  Dont think ill ever waste my money there again.
