A Man That Respects Cars and the Maintaining of it's Exterior Integrity. 

I've been trying to do a review of this place for a while now. I brought my car into this autowash last summer. After the car completed one wash cycle, I got out of my car to inspect. The car wash left dirty water spots all over my vehicle. The water is free of salt depsits since we live in alpharetta so these spots and grime had to have come from this place not using enough water to clean the car and their washers not being wet enough to self clean the washer brushes at the same time. I stress this again, they barely used enough water and also hardly used enough soap. Price of soaps and other things were not practically priced for someone like me who goes to the car wash once in the morning and once at night. Im already a customer with express wash down the road because they do a fantastic job every time. Autobell on the other hand is a dissapointment. How a person can run their business with the integrity that these guys have is confusing. I would not take any 5 star review that this review board gives seriously. Reviews can be cheap to buy and dished out like pez dispensers. Steer clear of these guys.

I won’t be coming back here. I went in earlier this week for a car wash. I should have used better judgement because there were not a lot of cars there. I had recently came from out of town and had bugs on my grill and side mirrors. After it went through the machine, I still had bug residue on the mirrors and windshield. I even had spattered residue on the side of the vehicle. They did not do a good job with vacuuming. Needless to say, don’t bother going. I’ll go to Castle or Squeakys from now on.

I am a very picky person but I have NO complain about this business. The first time I went there, their billing system was down. Even they could not charge me, they still let me had my car washed. 

Today I went there again and this time i chose the basic plan. However, Andy and his coworker cleaned me car inside and outside thoroughly. They did excellent work. 

Please visit them and they won't let you down.

Edit to say it's actually worse than I thought. I resolution to all of this garbage was a gift card to a place I won't go back to. 

Just awful. Went here cause I happened to be close by, paid for the top service, received maybe half the work. 

When I got home I, very easily, cleaned some dirt of my cup holders and vacuumed the back of my car, something the Assistant Manager said should have been twice because I had paid for a carpet cleaning.

When I called to complain and ask for a partial refund because you know, only a partial amount of the service was provided, the Assistant Manager while very polite was not very helpful except to tell me that if I wanted to come back they would do the work - that I already accomplished as a one man team on my own.

I don't know the best car wash place in the area but next time I need work done I will be willing to drive out of my way for quality service and people who stand by their work. This company is not it.
