I liked it better when it was Castle Car Wash. The brushes look dirty and the buff and air jets didn't get the water off my car. It's the same building but it's definitely not the same quality of wash. And you can really tell the folks working there do not want to be there. The guy guiding me to the automated rail system that pulls your car through never said a word and just pointed at the rail for me to pull forward. I miss Castle.

My first time using this car wash but will not be my last. I have used seversl other places in the Cumming area and none of them were as thorough as this one. There was a 3 person team working on my vehicle inside and out for at least 30 minutes and they were very detail oriented. Their vacuum system is extremely strong and did the best job I have ever seen. They offer a one time price or a monthly multi use price.

I’m saddened to be even writing this review.  I’ve been coming here ever sense the first day they opened their doors.  Great washes and great customer service...BUT then Mister Carwash took them over.  I’m not saying it is BAD just yet but ever since they took over and every time I go something is just a little off....The checking in is not quite working right, the tunnel is having issues, the drying buffer does not come down, there are no rags in the bins....But that is what made the previous ownership so great...They took care of all those little things that made washing your car here a great experience.  Depending on how things go over the next couple months I may be canceling my monthly and going somewhere else.  I will post an update after they hopefully get these wrinkles taken care of.  We miss you Castle Car Wash!

Update: 2/15/2018 - So my wife just called.  Just went to the car wash.  It is 6:30...They are closed.  They should be open till 8:00.  She was annoyed.  Like I said in my review above.  It's all the little things....It's never just one big thing.  I think you see where this is going.....

Horrible wash...my truck came out filthy from the tunnel.  Whatever soaps and/or cleaning wipers you are using are not working.  You would think it would have been caught in the detail service I paid for but it was not.  The same wash at Castle Car wash was $29 and your's is $38?  Special wax and special dash armor all?  Yea right...for $9 more and I still have to go over my car when I get home?  Mats not cleaned thoroughly, the buffers in the tunnel do not fully engage the car, windows still dirty, lower panels still dirty, just a mess!!  Never again.  Same experience the 1st time I went and I was told this time it was their best detail person?  That's just scary.  Never again..I'll eat the extra few miles and go over to Castle Car Wash over on 141.  Less expensive and those guys pay attention to detail.  I respect that.  Mister Car Wash lost my 3 vehicles.  NOTICE...ALL THE 4 STAR AND UP REVIEWS ON THIS SITE ARE FROM ALMOST 5 PLUS MONTHS AGO...WHEN THEY WERE STILL Castle Car Wash.

Good wash. Reasonable price. I liked it so well that I signed up for their monthly service. They had good quality, clean "rags" available for you to use after going through the wash. Vacuums are powerful and unclogged. Hard to say much more.
