Sat and waited and waited for our vehicle. Was never called.
Ended up asking about it and they said it had been ready for 20 or 30 minutes. Argued with us that they had announced it over the speaker. They hadn't. Just admit your fault and keep it moving. Goodness!
Vehicle was cleaned fairly well. Poorly vacuumed and not well wiped down on interior.

I actually had a bad experience a few months ago but I'm finally just getting around to writing the review. I was waiting on my car to be washed for 2 1/2 hours!!! I got there at one and they said it will be done at 2. Okay cool, I was sitting down waiting. Still wasn't done. They said another hour, okay sure. Walk to the shopping center next door and get a foot massage. It's still not done when I go back. I talk to the manager and he doesn't even seem bothered. Like hellooo this is my only day off, I don't want to be sitting inside some car wash waiting all day! Not to mention I paid 249.00 for this wash!!!! My car was extremely dirty. I was disappointed when I got in my car to leave that it was only a satisfactory car wash. I could have did it myself. Safe to say I will never return to any cactus car wash and will not pay 250.00 for a car wash again. Save your money there are plenty of places on Roswell road that have cheaper car washes and won't make you wait a million years for sub par service !!!

The pricing options where higher then their website stated when I got there. I walked into the waiting room and the cashier was so busy playing on her phone she couldn't look up to talk to me. They called my car over the intercom and I couldn't understand a word that they said. I went to get my car and it was locked up. I think they wanted me to wait for the person who cleaned it? I have no idea. Finally got my keys and left. I might go back but I am not sure. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

$35 for hand wash. Not looking to own the company. Came and got me because they couldn't find FOB. It was laying on the ground in a pool of water. Would cost $300 to replace. Interior Windows could be cleaned better with a dirty did towel. One cashier. Long line. Never again.

Still very dirty after the deluxe wash.  They didn't even whip the back seat.  The edge of the door was not whipped also.  Front bumper is dirty.  This is my 3rd time here and it's just getting worse.  This is the last time and I will not go back.
