Got my suburban washed there today. Did the 29.00 manager special. The worst job I have ever had. I had to wipe all my interior and redo my wheels when I got home. Want go back and would not recommend to anyone. Hire people that know what there doing.

This was my 1st time here and I guess my expectations were a bit high. I usually go the self service wash and vac place, but wanted to splurge and let someone else do it. I paid for the full service package that included all the bells and whistles (no pun intended).  When I got my car, it appeared clean from the outside, so I want on my way. About 1/2 mile away, I noticed the shifter box and windshield were still not clean.  I pulled over to get a better look. Needless to say,  at that point, I  was dejected.  The inside, back and around the seats were not vaccumed thoroughly
as well. I know it was not a full detail, but expected more that this for what I paid.

First time here. Over priced car wash and extremely long wait time for a dry off. It looks like they’re way understaffed for the volume of cars that come here.  Probably won’t come here again.

They used to do such a good job here. I like the drive through car wash here. But dont pay more for more services. Bc tour car leaves the car wash and is supposed to immediately be dried by hand, good luck with that. They are so short staffed That my car was entirely dry before they even touched it, water spots everywhere. And they also suck at vacuuming your car, got in at the very end and there is still dog hair in the backseat. 
Moral of story: go here for ride thru exterior wash only, the rest of the stuff isn't worth it.
