IF you are the owner, please read. (Will edit and proof read later)

Free vacuums are a standard these days, and should have no effect on how you rate a car wash. Vacuum Quality, number of vacuums, accessibility, etc. should be how we rate based on the vacuums. Now I have generally had a great exp here, also if you are the owner reach out and I will gladly remove this rating given I do not believe we should permanently judge a business based on one employee, manager or not. 

Back to my point. Very Beautiful Morning Today so I headed down bells ferry, past a newer car wash, to have my Wifes' car cleaned (Their best wash, and I always do the interior, as I am very particular, and used to sell Cars and Motorcycles. 

I had started talking to a few of the neighbors cleaning their cars, very friendly people, god bless. I wanted to remove the head of the hose, to get in the smaller spots without scratching the interior. I remover the head from the grey attachment. At this time, I was confronted in a very aggressive manor. "You just Broke my Nozzle" Brian the manager tells me. 

I could easily see how this nozzle, worked, and did place it back together in the same way I found it, however since this seemed to stress this employee out, I offered to pay for it. He told me no and walked away. After I finished the smaller places I put the nozzle back on. I did not have any issues, and continued to use it. I did approach him again, to let him know that I had placed the nozzle back on in the condition I found it, and that again I do not mind paying for it, as they are $5 to $10. I do have a friend that manages one of these car washed, I have now moved to his car wash. Brian the manager, still not friendly nor receptive to resolving this issue. I then asked if he was the owner, he was not. I let him know I was not satisfied with the customer service and would be going down street. (Had not even finished vacuuming) I also asked for the Owners Number, and was told no and that I needed to leave. (I said that is fine, I will google it) and while going to my car to place my mats in the trunk leave(Did not vacuum them yet), before I had a chance to clean my mess up another employee comes up and tell I needed to leave. 

Again do not judge this place on Brian's actions. The other employee, I will not name, as I am sure he took directions from his manager. Brian also may been having a off day, which I hope is the case. However until I hear from the owner, or top manager(Other than Brian) I will be down the street, and this review will remain.

Always great service. Been going for years and never had a problem with any of the vacuums or the wash itself.
