AID has consistently provided good service at a fair price.  The newly added maintenance history portal is great   They don't try to sell you something you don't need

Auto Import Doctor has been our one and only car repair service for over 15 years. They are really great people, very honest and easy to work with. All of our vehicles have been maintained extremely well. If you are looking for a place you can trust to treat you right and repair your vehicle, try Auto Import Doctor's we highly recommend them.

I had a starting issue with my car and they diagnosed it as a starter and made the repair. I picked up my car and the transmission warning light went on and it made hard shifts back to my house. I called immediately and explained the issue and they took no ownership of the problem and became defensive . I was told they could get the car back in in two days and charge another diagnostic fee.

I took the car to another shop and a hose was not reattached in the repair they made to my starter. I did t trust them to look at my car after they claimed there was no way anything they did could have caused the warning light or hard shifting!

I would not recommend them and will never go back there!

I was asked to comment on my experience at Automotive Import Doctor and I have NOTHING but positive feedback. Have been a customer for a few years now and it is most important to me to trust the people I'm dealing with, in any situation but especially automotive issues. These folks are the real deal! The service writer is knowledgeable and thorough. The mechanic has come out to talk about my vehicle like it was his own, and the owner really cares about his customers. Their prices are fair and I have never had to return because of poor work. This is a small shop which treats its customers well...that's what keeps me coming back and I couldn't be a more satisfied customer. Tom
