I have gone to James a few times over the past couple years and he has done a very good job on my car. As a young woman that does not know much about cars it is nice to know someone and have an auto shop to go to without feeling like you will be taken advantage of. He gets the job done for a great deal and always explains what is going on with my car in terms that I can understand. Fairlane is a place I would recommend to others that want great service all around.

Was happy at first, but had to return multiple times for the same issue. Took it to another shop and they fixed it first time.

Honest about repairs needed, car was completed in a quick and timely manner, fair pricing, couldn't have asked for anything more. I think being right next door to napa helps for part arrival so that made it super fast. Thanks James
