We recently bought a car making this our second purchase with this dealership Automotive Imports and with Tony specifically. Tony has always taken care of us before, during and even after each car buying process to ensure that we have been provided with everything we could possibly need. Best car buying experience I’ve ever had honestly. What keeps us going back to Tony is his communication and loyalty to us as customers. We will definitely continue to go back to Tony and Automotive Imports for all car purchases in the future because we know we will be taken care of and be offered the best deals and best quality cars. Perhaps the best car shopping experience I've had.   My fiancee and I were stressing about this decision for months.  Dave and Cameron did a fantastic job walking us through the pros and cons of every car we were considering.  Very friendly, practical guys.  When we fell in a love with an SUV that was slightly above our price range, Dave and Cameron did a great job explaining the merits of a lease option given the low mileage we anticipate putting on the car and flexibility to get into a new car if/when our lifestyle needs change; we were planning to buy at first.  Nick (GM) gave me a detailed tutorial of how to utilize all the electronics in the car.  Then Nick (sales manager) and Cameron stayed an extra hour after closing (on Saturday evening no less) to finish our paperwork so we could wrap up the transaction in a timely fashion.  Cameron even offered to swing by our house to help program our garage opener.  Dave, Cameron, and both Nicks all went above and beyond from a service perspective.  If you want to work with a patient, knowledgeable staff that isn't pushy or condescending, I would highly recommend working with Auto Imports.  We'll be heading back when our lease expires.

I originally contacted Automotive Imports and other dealers via an online car search. Out of all the dealerships I sent inquiries to, AI was one of two who responded with a personalized email.  My sales consultant, Tony Nguyen, also included the full CarFax report and a link with over 40 photos of the car, the window sticker and more plus his contact information. I sure appreciated this upfront and honest approach. When I replied via email,  he was prompt in answering my questions each time. When I called, he answered promptly and returned my call with more answers. I went up for a test drive and Tony was friendly and personable. And even after Tony made the sale, the next day he was true to his word and made arrangements for me to get an additional key at a dealership closer to my home. I sure appreciated his attention to detail and his honesty. I thought the dealership was great. It was nice to visit a dealership without the giant corporate feel and with a more personalized touch. I recommend Tony and Automotive Imports to others looking to purchase a new used car!

My husband and I just purchased a Land Rover from Monique. I called ahead to make certain the car was still available and spoke with Monique. It was cold and rainy that day and when we arrived at the dealership, she had the car pulled into one of the garages so that we could look at the car out of the elements. Every person that we met at Automotive Imports was friendly and laid back. No pushy service here. The transaction was smooth and relatively quick. While we finalized the deal, our children played in the awesome kids area. The vehicle needed some work done to it after we bought it, so Monique drove all the way to Fort Collins to pick up the vehicle from us. Without a doubt, I would definitely purchase another vehicle here. Best car buying experience I’ve ever had.

Monique is the best ever! She came with me on several test drives until I finally made up my mind on what I wanted. She kept in touch with me when new inventory came in and let me know when prices dropped on certain models. She was very resourceful and would highly recommend her for anyone looking to buy a used car. I LOVE my new car and I’m looking forward to working with her again in the near future. Thanks Monique!
