After extensive research online for our new car, we found a really good deal at Drive 5280. The same make, model, and year was going for at least $5K more everywhere else we looked. The car has been running great since we purchased it 6 weeks and 2.5K miles ago from Drive 5280. More important than the quality and price of the vehicle is the service and transparency provided by the owner, Ed, and his staff. No stereotypical pushy sales people. Their approach is simply, "How can we meet your needs?" I highly recommend this business to anyone who is looking for a new vehicle.

We recently purchased a used SUV from here and I am happy to say it was a positive experience from beginning to end.  It was a no hassle, no pressure, relaxed environment that made it easy for us to buy an SUV.  Most importantly the customer service *AFTER* buying the car was exceptional.  We had a few hurdles but Ed and his team fixed all the issues to our complete satisfaction, and I would say he went above and beyond any dealership I've ever worked with.  I am happy to say I will buy here again and would recommend to friends and family.  Thanks Ed and the rest of the Drive 5280 team!

We haven't made a final decision on making a purchase from Drive 5280 but after going in to test drive a couple cars we're impressed! Good inventory, clean cars, and great staff. Rosie and the owner (I assume?) were very helpful and honest. Independent used car lots have always made me a little nervous but these guys are the real deal.

At first they were very nice and accommodating. We loved the red Subaru Forester we drove. However we drove it in the dark not realizing that there was no manual or car mats in the vehicle. That was our fault I guess. However when talking about prices my husband had to step out so that we could get my license plate number and upon his return the dealer acted like him and I had agreed on a price. We hadn't! Also, after the winter months had passed and we weren't in need of a heater anymore we realized that the ac didn't work. I wouldn't call this honest selling! Plus after having the car about a year we had to put about 3,000 dollars into it. I know that you accept that with buying an older car but maybe we would have looked further if we got a real inspection from the place. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone and feel like I got fooled into buying a bad car. But live and learn!

I had been looking for a car for a while when I met Ed at Drive5280, he was extremely helpful and New everything about the cars on his lot. They take trades and have access to great lenders. I have referred friends here in the past and they treat folks with respect and put the customers needs in front of the bank and the dealership, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality used vehicle at a fair price.
