Someone rear ended me and their insurance company sent me here, I was delighted from day one. The customer service level here is amazing and Robert was super informative in updating me. Thank you Auto Nation Collision Center, I had a wonderful experience my car looks like new.  The ladies of the Collision Center are awesome and very professional.

Very unsatisfactory customer service. I had my Lexus towed over 50 miles to the body shop, due to severe damage from an accident. The only thing that was of a concern to them was payment. I would call to follow up on my vehicle and never could get a straight answer regarding total bill or intended finish date. I finally was called on Saturday at 12:49 to inform me my vehicle was ready. The shop closes at 1:00pm. So I had to wait until Monday. Monday came and I went to pick up my vehicle. A young lady took me outside and left me in the rain. I looked around she was gone! I went back in and was told she was working with another client. I was treated very rude and never was offered a test drive to make sure the auto repairs were okay. As usual all I was ask for was payment! Never again will I return to this place!
By the way my tire settings are still not aligned. Thanks but no thanks
