Never an issue here. Honest and good deals if you check out their website first. Fairly quick as well. Customer service is friendly as well.

Helpful and friendly staff. There was a bit of confusion around a specific repair, but they paid the difference themselves. It's refreshing to find honest auto repair. They've earned our loyalty!

This is a refreshing place for car service. It's fast, professional, reasonably priced, and they don't try to sell you services you don't need. It beats going to one of the car dealers in town any day of the week.

Scam artists! Do not trust them! Put my life and safety at risk! 

I brought my car in today for a simple alignment. I received a phone call saying that my car alignment was way off and needed camber bolts possibly new struts to fix the issue, for a low $1400!!!! I brought my car in for simple alignment and when I left my steering wheel was crooked and had more issues then when I came in. 

I took my car to my local mechanic to get a second opinion and come to find out that they loosened the bolts in my steering suspension. This caused my steering wheel to be crooked. This affected my stability while driving and could of caused further damage or possibly lose control and wreck my car.

I was not charged by firestone, but they put my safety and life at risk and tried to create more issues and damage to my vehicle. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and with the state of Florida Attorney General office.

I called ahead to get one tire replaced, and was told it would take 30 to 40 minutes. I arrived there 15 minutes later to be told it would take an hour and a half, but they would try. I sat there for an hour , And the car had not been taken in… But the worst part is that they acted like they didn't care. Their new people are not very helpful, and after being a customer for 15 years, I'll be  looking for a new place and a new brand
