I keep coming back to this location for my tires and service because of the professionalism and concern the staff has for your safety. They go out of their way to make sure your vehicle is safe to drive. They will answer your questions even if you don't get the work done there. I just had 4 tires put on my SUV and when they went to do the alignment they found that my inner and outer tie rods were bad. The parts were ordered and put on the next day in an efficient and timely manner. The next day part was because I didn't have time to leave the car the same day or it would have been done on the same day. Jose was amazing and answered every one of my questions. Thank you for the quality work, and not just Jose, but everyone who worked on my vehicle! Thank you to all of you!!! :-)

Went here for new tires for my 99 E350 7.3 4x4. I was in a pinch needing to get back home through a blizzard. James immediately got me the best 3 tire choices. They weren't in stock but could be in that day in about 2 hours. However just 45 mins later they were in and they put them on all at the exactly 52psi. They neatly stored the 1 good tire I had as a spare in the back for me. The only problem was I didn't have a rim for my spare. James told me about the salvage yard a mile away that would have a 16' 8 lug rim for $40. And that if I brought it back Tire Kingdom would put it on for free. James is very knowledgeable and everyone was more than helpful.

BEWARE! I brought my vehicle in for new tires and an oil change. 30 minutes after picking up my vehicle, it caught on fire and burnt to the ground. After a horrible experience with the Tire Kingdom insurance company and receiving no compensation we requested a refund for the "services" we had received and were told "We do not do that, please contact the claims department" DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE

They knew I was in a rush and put me ahead of the line and talk to the customers for me so there wasn't any angry customers. I need a more than the tire and they assisted me with that and how to get the information I need which I really appreciated it.... awesome service and very professional
