Initially, my experience overall was positive. It was relatively quick too. But once I got home and checked out my car more closely, I discovered plenty of dirty spots. Inside, outside, on the inside curve of the door handles, dry leaves on the carpet that should have been vacuumed out... even dust & fingerprints on the dashboard. I got the “super” which is the cheapest, basic wash. However, getting the “basic” just means they give you fewer options, it does NOT mean that they get to half-ass the job. I should at least get what I paid $26 for.

I love going here! I had a special request one time when I told them I had just quit smoking and I wanted all the grime off the Windows...well they took care of it and more! Thanks guys!!

So far, mostly good experiences re: washing, solid quality for an OK price. Update: their quality had dropped, I got back a dirty car yesterday, will be coming back for a refund or a rewash.

The customer service was ok and the speed of the service was awesome. However I paid an extra $65.00 for an extra interior cleaning and feel like I didn't get my monies worth. There were a few places they missed and the windows from the inside had wet spots like they used an already wet cloth. The $29.95 value was the best way to go I probably would have been more satisfied if I had spent less.

This place was horrible they washed my car for 2 seconds came out dirty then wiped it down still dirty inside and out made them clean it all again and still was dirty inside horrible place these people think money grows off trees dont come here unless u want ur car back the way u gave it to them fyi my car wasnt even that dirty to begin with just ashes and straw papers and a water bottle and they couldnt even clean that 30$ down the drain ohh well live and learn
