I was just there today 7/1.  Took my car there for an exterior wash.  Car is one year old.   When car was ready, door was already open.  I got in to leave and made a stop on Pacific Avenue for a few minutes.  When I returned to my car and went to open door for the first time since the wash, I noticed a scratch by the door handle.  It is deep and goes into the paint.   I immediately drove back to the car wash.  They refuse to take responsibility for the scratch because as the manager claims, they "don't have anything abrasive that would do that".  Well they handle our keys...   He absolutely, positively  would not own up to the scratch.  It is a "fresh" scratch.  They tried buffing it out but it is in too deep.  My car is only a year old and I had been taking it to them since purchase.  NO MORE!!  I recommend NOT using them as their good business policy is to own up to NOTHING.  My dealer hands out free coupons to use them and I will be sharing this info with them when I take my car in to remove the scratch.  POOR business practice!!  They DID scratch my car and I stand by that fact.

Good car wash with nice clean waiting area. I always get the express car wash so i cannot comment about the more expensive bundles but i do not have any complaints besides the wheel washing which doesn't really do much. Your car will be hand dried and they're usually good about drying the inside door frame and throw away obvious pieces of trash in your car.

I have been bringing our two cars to this car wash for a couple of years now. I renewed my supscription to the Stockton Record and recieved a Readers Reward card. It lists Californis Car Wash as a place to get a discount 20%. I tried to use it today and was told they'd give me a discount this "one time". They took $5.00 off a $29.99 total. That's not 20% either.
The work is good. Once they did leave a wet towel on my drivers seat. Of course I didn't see it until I sat on it.
Will I go back, NO WAY!!
I'll be taking my business back to Pacific Car Wash. By the way I'm going to let our car club members know this too so they don't use California Car Wash either.

I took my car to get an oil change there and they tried to tell me that I needed fuel injection service. They always try to upsell but I just told them no. Then I noticed my car started running funny and it kept turning off.  A week later I found out they disconnected the air duct that goes to my throttle body and just left it like that!  There was absolutely no reason for them to disconnect stuff if all I wanted was an oil change.  I will never ever go back there and get my car serviced again.
