They just tried to screw me. Tried telling me it takes two hours to put back brake pads on my car. Even with me bringing my own parts tried saying it was going to be 225 dollars just for labor!!!!!!!!! Little do they know I'm a mechanic. I would do it myself but I don't have the tools or car bay. They are shady.BEWARE!!!!!!!

I go out of my way to come to this location to get my car serviced! The guys here are the best and they have the best prices that I have come across for the quality of service. Highly recommend! Typically women can get treated differently at places like this and taken advantage of and these guys are so informational and treat you like anyone else.

Really helpful and friendly staff. Fit us in despite being busy so we wouldn't have to drive home on a spare. They made you feel like they really cared, a mom and pop feeling shop.

UPDATE: I just learned from another mechanic Autotire not only repaired the wrong part, they broke another part (in addition to the first broken part) and GLUED IT BACK ON. I now have another $900 in repairs to pass inspection. NEVER GO TO AUTOTIRE!

After going there for years, they have lost my business forever. I’ve only had basic repairs (oil changes, etc.) but recently had $1100 worth of work done. Within 24 hours of leaving, my engine began dying at stoplights and my fuel economy declined. My engine died 4 times in 2 days, so I went back. I was told there was a cracked air intake hose they had forgotten to tell me about but was definitely already cracked when I came in initially. All of the work they’d just completed was around the intake hose and I had never once had this issue before. I asked if it was covered under the work they’d just done or if it was possible they had accidentally damaged the part while changing the air filter or doing other work. Was told no, no, no absolutely not and I would have to pay full price and cost of labor. I was immediately suspicious of how adamantly they refused it could be their fault and disappointed at their unwillingness to cover the part after I’d just spent so much money there. I have since talked to 3 other mechanics at different shops who have all said that part is extremely difficult to crack without being moved manually, and that bending the hose backwards would be the only way to cause a crack like mine. The part is cheap enough to repair ($85), but the terrible customer service will keep me away for good. Save yourself the hassle and go to Dobbs.
