Helpful staff???? well they tried but before they asked what year and car we were in they sold us AC refill bottle( PS California has 10$ core charge on these bottles....) for a newer car and even after seeing the car and normally asking things like 2wd or 4wd when buying windshield wipers they took the product back and all in all tried but wasted about 15 minutes of time.

I drove down from San Diego to visit my mother and after holiday shopping, I noticed that my headlights were particularly low. I took a closer look and my right front light was out. I would hate to get a ticket and seeing as I was near this AutoZone I went to take a look to buy a new bulb. I was contemplating changing it myself and loaded some YouTube videos in the car. My mother was not in the mood to be wasting time. She said, “It’s getting cold. I want to go home.” At the register, I was greeted by Tony. I bought the light and informed him of my situation. I asked if he can help me install the light. He agreed and asked me to open the hood and wait outside for him. Tony attempted twice to change my bulb. It had something to do with the over tightening of a certain screw. The man could have said, “Meh, never mind too cold. Go find a mechanic to do this for you.” Leave me to the danger of driving with one light at night and possibly getting a ticket, and having a mechanic upcharge me 30 dollars or more to change my light. He didn’t. He tried again and with diligence he successfully replaced my bulb. I was so happy. Tony then helped the next customer who approached him outside the store. I have to thank him and Autozone for helping me. He is a fantastic asset to the company and has amazing customer skills. I will definitely recommend this place to my family and friends because of very cool people like Tony. Thank you, Tony.
