As a contractor, business owner, home owner, throughout all my experiences visiting HOME DEPOT, Let me tell you that I end up upset, sad, and disappointed by the resulting bad costumer service here, the worst. First my costumer had to place a special pick up order from Redlands Ca. ( 160 miles away)Becaise according to the manager the inventory number was wrong and that they only have in stock 36 boxes of floor, so my costume pay my time to pick up and delivery the other 10 boxes (I didn't ask for) I always seek my costumer happiness. They give my costumer the wrong SKU#. My costumer end up with wrong material and she only got 10% off ($1.50) per wrong box. And at the end of the day they found the rest of the boxes some where in the store. Come on, my costumer is pregnant and had to go through all this problems. It just not fair I hope that they fix this situation ASAP.

I love Home Depot its big so ill walk a couple of laps around the store before I shop and I think It was Mike in hardware was very helpful and talkative l I me hanging with a friend . He really helped me to make a good choice in my purchase.
