Service here was excellent. They tested and changed my battery in just a few minutes. Employees are friendly and helpful.

Manager refused to change the battery in my 2013 Ford Focus because it "takes too long".  Took my car later that day (after a jump from a nice coworker) to the Auto Zone on 419 and Lockwood where they changed the battery in under 5 minutes.

The manager was obviously lazy and not interested in helping. Will not be visiting this particular Auto Zone in the future.
