This particular location. The service is horrible. Bought a lifetime alignment for a truck. Brought it there to have an alignment check. Set an appointment over the phone the day before. When I brought it in the guy print out the new order to charge me for another alignment service. I told him I have a lifetime alignment for the vehicle. He told me he has to charge me for another one since the truck has a level kit on it. And then I argued back that’s not how it works. Lifetime alignment should cover all of these as long as I own the truck then he made up a bunch of excuses that his special technician that specialized on lifted vehicles aren’t there so he can’t do it and told me to bring it back on another day. This is all because that he found out by me that I have a lifetime alignment and if I paid for another alignment there it shouldn’t be a problem at all. He can’t make money so he turned down my service in my face. What a fake dude! You know exactly who you are if you read this comment. I don’t have to call name here. 

Whenever anyone buys a lifetime alignment with them. Think twice before doing it they will give you a hard time if you bring it back.

Excellent well stocked auto parts store. Never been disappointed. Staff very knowledgeable. Lady named Carol knows her stuff really well and very helpful.

Fantastic Customer Service! I went in to buy a can of refrigerant and after having no luck getting the can to discharge into my car AC system, I believed the can was defective.  I took it back and the person on register (Carol (?)) not only switched it out for a new bottle but went above and beyond to help me get my AC working, even double checking with the service techs about making sure that I was following the right directions. Great customer service, will definitely be back!

decent price, but despite making an appointment they didnt even start on my oil change until i had been waiting for nearly two hours. if i had known they would be wasting that much of my time i would’ve brought a few crosswords for their employees, who were doing about as much as i was. i will not be returning

Took my car to here Thursday, 10/12 to diagnose my fan that continued to run for hours after the car was turned off. Picked the car up that day and when I got home the fan was on again. Took it back Monday, 10/16 for the same issue and was told the issue was resolved however there was a problem with my A/C and that it would cost $120+ to diagnose. I told them no simply because it had just been repaired and was working fine when I dropped it off. When I picked my car up, my A/C was blowing hot air!! When I returned and stated my concerns the service rep told me there was nothing he could do because I told them not to do the diagnostic. I expressed that I should not have to pay for something that wasn't an issue prior to them having my car. I left and went to another shop to find out the air compressor had been unplugged. Very dishonest mechanics that attempted to collect funds without acknowledging that they could have been at fault. When speaking with them once the issue was rectified, I didn't feel any sympathy from the other end. I will not be returning to this shop.
