I needed to replace the battery in my 2012 Chevy Equinox. On this type of vehicle it's difficult to get access to the battery. I called AutoZone before going there (I live 25-30 minutes away) to see if they had the type of battery I needed and ask if they would be able to replace it for me since I knew some places won't because of how difficult it is. I get to AutoZone and asked them to test my battery to confirm it was bad. They stated " ma'am I have good news and bad news the battery is bad but I will not be able to replace the battery". I asked why and he's told me because of how difficult it is to get to the battery. I informed him I called before I went there to make sure they would be able to change my battery because of how difficult it is to get access to. Due to them telling me false information I was unable to replace my battery because they wasted my time and the other places were closing soon. I'm very dissatisfied/ disappointed with AutoZone. If you're going to work in automotive parts/service store know your information for your customers.

Kind of a sketchy place but overall OKAY!
When I first walked in (with a HEAVY BATTERY in my hand) no one greeted me or even acknowledged me
It took over 15 minutes standing at the counter before anyone was able to help me. 
I didn't trust the guys knowledge, he only made things worse and cost extra 35 minutes there

Called on a Saturday morning about replacing a battery for my car. The battery was in stock and upon my arrival, I was greeted by Ryan. He was polite and knowledgeable and had my battery replaced in less than 15 minutes. Thank you Ryan.

Dropped in and bought a battery and they brought it right out and swapped out the old one in my truck. 20 minutes in and out. Nice!
