The employees are super helpful. As a professional resist, I have gotten to know my local Joann's employees when I go in they always great me by name, as they do people who come in regularly. 

The people that work there are eager to help all customers with their questions.

Went with wife to get fabric.  Not much to say beyond that.  Staff was very helpful for her.  They didn't have exactly what she was looking for, but had a close enough.

friendly staff. Nice fabric selection for my needs anyway. Have crafting supplies, not a lot, some expensive, but then again it's the Only place that have specific items I need

So much fabric!  The selection of fabric can be overwhelming, but sometimes it is good to have so many choices.  Fewer choices on other things though like stamping materials.  Some associates friendlier than others.  Just big enough parking lot.  They will be moving to the Iowa City Marketplace (Sycamore Mall) in Spring 2018.
