Mark was so friendly to the customer in front of me and when it was my turn, it was no different. He pulled my headlight to verify it was the correct one because the system named 3 different ones and he even put it in for me. I tried to tip him for his kindness and he would not even take it. Really nice young man!

I just got my 1st car about a month ago and there was something wrong with it but I went to this store and they were helpful and I got help right away I did not have to wait it was like they were waiting for me!!!!

They always have the part I need when AutoZone falls short.

Depending on location they don't understand simple things like hands on a part to make sure it's in stock. The me system outs still causing issues for some of the employees
