The owner is a bit gruff, but he will never steer you wrong. He always installs filters when needed at just the cost of the filter. Nice touch !

I was recommended to this shop by a family friend and I'll never return. Whoever the guy is behind the counter is very impolite and disrespectful. First he lied and stated my fiancé called and canceled service with the locksmith technician, which I know he did not. After that, he got upset because I made it MY decision to locate MY own locksmith technician to come and service MY VEHICLE. Shortly after, he refused to work on my vehicle. He was rude when I called, rude when I arrived and overall extremely discourteous. Working in Corporate America, I'm very familiar with interacting with customers and providing essential customer service, he lacks those abilities. I feel really bad for the mechanics that work here. They looked disappointed as we drove away. I'm sure they were being that you just took food off their table by having a nasty attitude/CHARACTER. The employees in NAPA auto parts next door agreed and stated that you always lose service because of it and being a fully grown adult its a shame that that is how you are recognized and you're content with it. If I could put a negative star I would.

RUDE!!!  Customer Service doesn't exist here.  I remember now why I switched to Worth Auto.  It's right around the corner from One Stop.  Check them out.  Tony at Worth is a Gem and does amazing work.
