Excellent customer service and friendly staff. I was able to find specific items I needed through their guidance of where the items were located, rather than having to search the entire store multiple times. They also called and had another store pull a part that the store I was at was out of stock of that part. Definitely recommend for any auto related items.

AutoZone is pretty straightforward. You go in, you get what you need, you leave. Of course the staff is knowledgeable about cars but something that I particularly like is that you can go there to get a diagnostic read on your car if the check engine light comes on. That's something I had to do last week, and thankfully, it's a free service.

Anytime I go there people are so lazy they don’t wanna change any lightbulbs they say it’s too complicated and I take it somewhere else and it will take a freaking minute for them to change the light
