I have had an extremely positive experience at Verizon with both Joe and James.  Would highly recommend visiting that store on South Howell in Oak Creek WI.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I stopped in the Oak Creek location to changed the name on my account. When I walked in I asked if that was something he could help me with and he said yes but would first need to do an account overview. He asked and checked my two forms of ID and started discussing my account. He commented on the two lines that were eligible for upgrades and went into sales mode. I said I only wanted to change account and he then said he couldn't help me. I would have to call in because that action requires a credit check. I asked why he didn't tell me that in the first place. He said because I would have just left. I said so you told me you could help me when you couldn't just to sell me a phone and the manager said, this is a business. I was so angry to be lied to so they could swindle me into a new phone I started to walk out. The guy asked if I wanted the phone number and I said no so they laughed at me as I walked out the door. I have been with Verizon for over 20 years and this is enough to make me switch. The customer service has disappeared and now turned into slick car salesmen to make a buck. I will never return to that store.
