Unfriendly and unhelpful. Many many issues that are a simple fix. It’s a sad day when the post office workers are more helpful than fedex🙄☕️

I came in for a quick print and binding job and left without what I needed. The staff member working this morning did not acknowledge me when I came in, since she was working with another customer. I tried to use the self-printing station and went through the entire process, including payment, but my file did not print. The copier had not yet been turned on for the day, though the access kiosk was on, and read as "printing." The staff member was unable to confirm that my card had not already been charged. I would suggest training staff to have the self-service station up and running before opening, and to at least acknowledge customers waiting as soon as they have a chance. This only gets two stars since, in theory, customers could help themselves at a kiosk, if it were actually operational.

I had to print a funeral program and things weren't coming out right. "WENDY" was so patient and took the time to fix it. Thank you, you are a life savor!!

Total disregard for customers and their time. Only one non enthusiastic employee around. Self service would be less aggravating.
