Very unhappy with my recent visit to the Petaluma location. Very bad customer service. When asking for a part they just said it was a dealership part and did not even try to assist me any further. Lamont was very unprofessional. Instead of helping me with a simple question, he made me feel stupid for describing the part, as if I was wasting his time. Went to oreillys and got the part, NOT DEALERSHIP PART. Will no longer go to Petaluma AutoZone location, I rather drive to Santa Rosa location instead of dealing with such bad customer service.

Worst customer service ever. Lamont and Osvaldo are complete idiots. As well as the store manager. Wrong parts given, Osvaldo doesn't know how to test a starter and lied and said that it passed. Went to Oreillys and they said it failed. Osvaldo took another 15 minutes to test a warranty swap, came back and said their tester wasn't working. Went again and Lamont didn't give me my points.

The sales guy was helpful in directing me in finding some wiper blades for my vehicle. On another occasion, I told the sales guy I needed a new battery. He didn't believe my two year old battery needed to be replaced. But i proved him wrong. My battery was dead. Oh well still a good place to get good on auto parts.
