Got some tires today. Big O brand made in USA. No appointment and they were in stock. I am happy. Nice tires, great service(1hour).

Not happy with their service or attitude. Got a quote to fix my brakes and parking brake so I could transfer my car to the new owner the next day all in good shape. No calls from them, but when I went to pick up the car, they said they hadn't fixed the parking brake. Claimed they ran out of time as the new owner was scheduled to pick the car at 1 pm. I reminded them that I had called them at 10am and told them they had all day since the new owner would be late. They just shrugged. Did I get the 150 back for the non-working parking brake? No. They used it on other items like packing wheel bearings and flushing brake lines, maybe needed, but they never got my approval in advance. No communication, and no accountability. Left me in a mess with the new owner.
