Good place for auto parts. I mainly shop here for parts due to their rewards program. Their parts are not too bad either. the staff is helpful and knowledgeable. the parking lot SUCKS though... pulling into it from Irving park at the light you immediately have to turn right and its not even notated until you pass the opportunity to turn right! so now you have to go left, circle around then wait for the traffic waiting to exit the parkinglot to pass then go and park. They just need to put a sign that says "Do not enter" and a big arrow that points to the right on the ground if possible. Also, most people dont even follow the directions so its just a cluster when it is really busy.

Bad customer service & a limited selection of oil filters. The majority of the oil filters they had in stock were the crappy Fram Extra Guard filters that only filter 95% of the oil contaminants out. Wal-Mart, which isn't even an automotive store, has a MUCH better variety of oil filters & both the Mobil 1 full synthetic oil & the better quality oil filters, like the Fram Tough Guard 99% oil filters, are always in stock & MUCH less expensive over there. The parking lot was dirty, too, at this location & I guess nobody bothered to clean it up. Think I'd much rather avoid this particular location in the future unless I have no choice.

Good selection, helpful staff. You can order almost any part for your car. Make your car happy again because unhappy cars make for unhappy people.
