I was told they don't machine rotors because when the manufacturer makes them they're  too thin to machine. I am a certified Ford diesel mechanic! The manager didn't know that when I told him he was wrong! The only reason why they get 3 stars is because they have decent parts. Their help not that knowledgeable.

They hire a lot of inexperienced help. They are prejudice and I don't like them.

Staff is always choc full of knowledge and eager to help. If the check engine light comes on in your vehicle always go to autozone 1st.  They plug it in and and can print out the code from the computer. They dont just spit gearhead words at u.  They take the time to explain how difficult ajob is before you do it.

New girl working was very snotty and rude. Looked at me and my family from head to toe with a dirty look. She wouldn't let us borrow tools when they 100% do let you borrow or rent tools. Usually when the locals come in and it is somebody that's been working there and you know, it's never a problem. Never experienced that before at Auto zone and was super disappointed.
