I have used Tuffy on several occasions, and I refuse to go anywhere else. As a young female, I have been taken advantage of on numerous occassions by automotive shops, but the team at Tuffy has continuously been honest and fair, going above and beyond to make sure my kids and I stay safe for a reasonable price. The manager at this location has been absolutely phenomenal with providing superior customer service at all times! I greatly appreciate Kevon and his team, and I refer everyone I know to Tuffy (all of whom have told me their experience has been equally fantastic). You won't want to go anywhere else!

I was apprehensive about going to any oil changing place in Palm Coast because all reviews were poor.  I went to Tuffy from multiple recommendations from locals and was pleasantly surprised.  The waiting area smelled glorious, they had gormet coffee, water, magazines in wicker baskets, and a homey decor.  I asked if I could use an expired coupon and the manager had already given me the discounted price. The staff was friendly, professional, and humorous.  I highly recommend Tuffy in Palm Coast!

Took car in for brake service and a sound the vehicle was making. It seemed the car required a wheel alignment. I was very pleased with their suggestions, service and the cost. The waiting area is clean, the service very professional and trustworthy.

Took my Saturn in for a basic spark plug and wire change and they said it would cost over $400. I asked why it was so much. They told me that the parts were around $150 and it required 4 hours of labor. So I went to the local auto parts store and got all I needed for under $30. It took me 30 minutes to finish, having no automotive experience. This is ridiculous. Lost a customer.
