Yesterday I sent my mom down to Palm Coast Ford. She was looking to get a replacement vehicle for her lease that is ending on her Ford Escape. I was recommended by someone to ask for Ben Davis and they couldn't of been more right on who we should have chosen to help my mom. My mother is paralyzed and I was unable to make it with her on the trip. Ben said don't worry just get her in the car and I'll take care of the rest. When she got there been unloaded her wheelchair and showed her all of her options. Ben's knowledge of not only the new cars but the used cars as well my mom said was absolutely incredible. She also said that he is one of the nicest and most genuine not only salesperson that she's ever met but of almost any person she's ever met in her life. I am so thankful that we listen to the person who recommended been because my mother said it could not have gone any better. Ben is shining example of why we need salesman especially at car dealerships in this world. He is proof that companies who seek to eliminate the dealerships and there's sales people are completely wrong. If you get a good salesperson like Ben then you're able to learn so much about the vehicles and your different options. You could not get that from some company that just wants you to pick a car out online and have it delivered to your house. If you're heading to Palm Coast Ford I suggest you ask for Ben. She also said the dealership itself was absolutely wonderful as well and everybody that she met there was very nice. Thank you again Ben and everyone at Palm Coast Ford for treating my mom so well! We will certainly be recommending our friends and family to your dealership and to Ben.

I'm very happy with the service I received with buying a new car both in 2016 and again this past weekend when I bought a new Focus. Everyone I dealt with was great. I definitely will continue to purchase cars from Palm Coast ford and hope that I get to deal with the same salesman I had this time around. Ben Davis was very helpful and quite humorous. He made the whole experience pleasurable.

From the first moment I stepped into this dealership, I felt comfortable. I don't know who is responsible, usually the owner, but someone has made this a great place to come and shop for a vehicle. I told them what I wanted and what my terms were and they literally made it happen.

On 4/28/18, I bought my 2018 F250. From the start,  to driving it home, my salesman; "Sean Peveler" was with me all the way. He kept me informed throughout the buying process.  Several days he searched for that particular vehicle that I wanted to buy. he located the vehicle. During the entire buying process, Sean had me and my happiness at heart. I left Palm Coast Ford a Happy Woman. 
PS, Everyone at Palm Coast Ford was very Friendly and Helpful. I'll tell all to first stop at Palm Coast Ford! I'll be back for my next vehicle!

Always an awesome experience.   Sales staff do a great job and the service department is such a pleasure to work with.  I will only there for all my service and future purchases.
