I've never seen a slower group of people work. EVER. They always have a line and they move slower than molasses in the damn winter time. I ordered a part online and called to check status, apparently they had it but nobody ever let me know. It took the entire drive from my house to the store on hold before they let me know it was there. Now I get to stand in a ridiculous line even though my item is there and paid for. Absolutely ridiculous.

Sergio was extremely helpful. He went above and beyond to assist me, even going to the back when the computer said the item I needed was not in stock. He found an equivalent item at a lower cost. Great customer service!
