Today July 3rd I stopped into the Autozone in Laconia to try and but parts for my vehicle and experienced the most inconsiderate display of unprofessionalism by the employee's working at this location. I waited in line at the parts counter where there was only one person there while there was an employee at the Pro desk that couldn't be bothered to get up from his chair and assist customers at the counter while the employee that was behind the counter, when finished with the person at the counter returning Brake pads, he left and began to wait on a customer looking at air fresheners leaving me just standing there and not even so much as an acknowledgement that I was even there. I will not visit this store again and I will not recommend it to anyone else to shop there. I am the Manager of a retail customer service business and I will not accept this behavior from any of my employees. We the customer are the reason that you are there and shouldn't be taken for granite. I haven't had such a bad experience at any of the other Autozone locations. Sad

Went in because my check engine light was on, only took minutes for them to tell me what was wrong and they gave me some good advice on what to do.
