The person we dealt was completely inexperienced. The actual guy had no say in anything, spent ages waiting for him to go back and forth to the guy on the podium. Why the guy who makes the actual decisions would not just come deal with us directly? We were the only ones there on a rainy evening. Their dealer system does not even tell the guy if the car is available....so you waste more time waiting on the guy to run all over multiple locations to see if a car is even available.

One of the cars we looked at was so rusted out that rain came through the floor into the foot well on the test drive. Their financing options have all kinds of idiotic mileage and age requirements meant to get you to pay twice what you want for a vehicle. Over all a pretty horrible car shopping experience. We visited another dealer and found exactly what we were looking for. They fixed us up in no time.

I recently purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Randy Carter was the gentleman that helped me and I could not have asked for a better car buying experience. He made the process very easy and without pressuring me. I would highly recommend this dealership as well as Randy.

GREAT team at Irwin Hyundai!  Today was the third time we have purchased from Irwin.  Super happy with all my encounters there.  From sales, to service to the body shop they are all wonderful and provide excellent customer service! If your looking for a superior buying experience, go to Irwin.

Great, low pressure sales team. We highly recommend sales rep and specialist Patrick Devito -- very nice, honest, low key, no pressure. We searched high and low for the best price in the state and drove an hour for our dream car (which happens to be a used Volvo from a Hyundai dealership!).
