I worked with Eric Faro not once but twice. The first deal was with my son who needed a car. His purchase went flawless and Eric Faro did one hell of a job from start to finish. He stayed late to help and answered every question we had and also called when needed. Now my father has sold cars for years! My first job was a lot boy for a dealership and to see someone who bends over backwards for you like Eric Faro did made me think long and hard about where I was going to purchase my next Vehicle.  I spent a few weeks online looking at even driving 50 plus miles to get this best deal. Well my gut kept stating to go back to see Eric Faro and I did. The second time around was just as great and as pleasant with how Eric treats you. I even got one HELL OF A DEAL! I got my car loan outside the dealership and it was like pulling teeth to get the loan, But I kept informing Eric and he was very understanding on the whole thing and was very patent.  So today the car was ready and I went to pick up my new car. Thank you Eric Faro I promise you that if and when I am in the need to purchase my next vehicle or I have a family member that is in need I will send them your way.

Geoff Cunningham hands down best sales man!! Irwin took great care of me and made the car buying process easy. They are very transparent and will get you the best deal. They were able to carry out my requests as well as let me drive the vehicles without the pressure of a sales person. I am happy with my choice. I do not regret driving over an hour to this dealership. I would recommend anyone buying a new or used car to check out Irwin first!

I had a great experience working with Mark Chertok and Irwin Hyundai!  Mark made the entire process easy and painless, and I drove out with my new car the same day as my appointment!  He was friendly, informative, and very patient answering all the questions I had about the car.  I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a new or used car to check out Irwin Hyundai or Toyota.  Their sales and finance team are committed to finding you the best deal and financing that works for you, and they take the time to explain their reasoning and findings.  Thank you Mark and Irwin for getting me into my new car!

Let's be honest.  Every car dealership wants you to give them a rave review online, so why am I writing this one..?  Simple.  The people who work at Irwin's really do everything they can to EARN that rating.  In truth, they were so nice to me, got my car squared away so fast, and didn't mind that I was gone with a friend for coffee when they were done that I felt a little guilty.  LOL..!  Anyway, we all know that things don't always go as planned, at least if you are at Irwin's you will be surround by people who actually want to make it right for you.  That deserves 5 stars in my book any day.
