There is a very very cranky older man who works in this store. And Everytime I come in I avoid him like the plague! He doesn't like to help and not knowledgeable about products . He just told me it's very expressive pointed me to the Isle and left me there.. I ended up walking out because I didn't know exactly what product i needed and there were many different to choose from. Next day I went back to buy the part I needed. On there website at this store location it said it was in stock. I looked couldn't find it. A girl who works there went out back for a whole 1second Came back to tell me they didn't have it! And that sometimes there website will say they have the products but they don't! and she doesn't know why? it does that?? She said she'd order it for me and it would be in before 10:00a.m Tomorrow. And someone would call me when it came in. Mind you it was almost 8:00p.m when I was in the store having her order it. I do believe what I wanted was there! But she didn't look for it or care enough. Also no surprise here. But I Never received a call from them letting me know it came in. Again because it's been there the whole time. Next time I will take the extra mile or two and go to the next closest Auto zone. This one in Hyannis is alright when a few good people who work there are on shift. But the others who work there Forget about it! I've had way to many bad experiences in this store from bad employee's, bad business. But I will say I have had a few good experiences when the correct employees are working there! If you go here or have been there you will know which employees are the good and the bad.

Autozone has some cool stuff for your vehicle. But I personally can't trust they're real parts. They brake to quick. Customer service used to be horrible here. But now the people are more friendly and knowledgeable. The store is very clean.

This place can help with you car Repairs, and can answer any Questions you have about car's or tell you where you can get the answer

Okay selection of parts and tools. When my friend and I went in the staff was not very friendly nor helpful. They gave very short answers and didn't bother to help look for what we needed.
