I had front/back brakes replaced awhile ago here.  I was very satisfied.   I asked them to do a 100,000 mi check up on my 2012 Mazda 3.   They went through lots of checkpoints; spark plugs, filters, wipers, etc.
Just ended up with oil/filter change.  And yes, they could have told me I needed this filter, that belt,etc. and would accept their decision.
I completely trust Bes and the staff.  Most pleasant experience.  Cheerful, helpful.  Someone always there to welcome you.  Offered me a ride to work, but I was all set.  Next time, I may pick up on that service.
Give them a shot!!

Truly amazing!! We ran into trouble with our van unexpectedly while visiting Cape Cod. We found World Tech Auto and couldn't be more pleased.  From the moment we walked in they took great care of us. Not knowing if they could help with an unexpected  incident they immediately offered their help.  We are truly thankful for World Tech and highly recommend them to anyone. Great experience and friendly staff made out horrible incident turned into a pleasant experience!!!!!!  They are very honest and only want what will be safe for you and your  vehicle.

I came in asking for my shocks to be replaced and was charged over $500 just for labor.  The job was botched from the start when the mechanic stripped the bolts and he tried to weld the shocks on to the frame instead of replacing the bolt.  Needless to say, the weld job failed less than 1/4 mile down the road and the shocks fell to the ground and were slamming against the frame.  I brought it back in the next morning and the mechanic put a bolt through the frame but there was nothing to secure it to and the shocks slammed against the frame for the next 2 months until I did the repair on my own.  Total ripoff and nobody should have to deal with this kind of incompetence.

I would give this shop 10 stars out of 5 if that was possible! I called their service center in a bit of a panic. Late on a Saturday afternoon my truck broke down close to the tip of Cape Cod. On a road trip for over a month halfway across the country I was in a bit of a pickle. These gentleman provided the best customer service ever. They tediously tried finding the parts I needed. On a time crunch for closing for the weekend, they still fit me in. They put themselves in my shoes to understand I really needed to get back on the road. Timely service. Affordable rates. Genius technicians. Sweet hearts in these tradesmen. I could not have taken my truck to a better place to be worked on! Feeling grateful for how easy and wonderful this experience went. I highly recommend their services to anyone searching for any auto repairs!

They will charge you a ridiculous diagnostics fee along with fixing the problem. I get it if you don't end up getting the car fixed their but I did and had an extra $124 added to the bill.  In my opinion that's just straight up taking advantage of the customer. This is literally the first review I've ever written about anything, that's how much disdain I have for  this place.

Since the owner was so nice to respond hear and not explain anything in person after I was dissatisfied with his overpriced service maybe he can answer some more questions? 
I had to agree to your price cause I wasn't going to pay your rip off diagnostic fee and more towing to get nothing fixed. I would just be more in a hole. 
And if you took that long cleaning the engine why is there a massive oil runoff under the car when it rains now? Oh wait it's because you did a half ass job cleaning it. I even showed a service tech how dissatisfied I was with the clean up job and was told to have a nice day as he walked away from me.  This is the world class service they talk about giving you.
