They changed the windshield in my car and that was fine. The weird thing was, they were supposed to call and let me know when they were coming. No phone call. So I called the shop to make sure they had me on their schedule and I was told the service person had already been here. To my surprise, she was right. No call, no one came to my door. I didn't even know the work had been done. So my advice is watch out your window when you're waiting for them. Lol.

Yikes! Please watch these guys! I had a side power window replaced and the tech scratched the exterior molding and interior window frame, and left the door filled with lots of broken glass. The damage appraised at $357. They came back to replace the parts, tried to "buff" the scratches and clean out the glass. I cannot recommend them. UPDATE: The window they replaced 4 months ago is now jamming. perfect!

Woke up to a huge spiderweb of a crack on my windshield after a snowstorm the night before. JN Phillips was so helpful to fix it that morning while I was working. Very easy to work with. Thank you for the help!

I called JN Phillips because they were recommended by Safety Insurance to fix the drivers side window. They come to your house which is great plus, you can take pictures and video (highly recommended). However, an hour into the fix the very young repair man had called another repair man to help him and the manager in Hyannis, Kim, was calling my phone. Apparently the mechanism inside my door was now broken. I have no way of knowing how it broke only that it was clear that neither technician really knew what they were doing. They had my brand new 2013 Chevrolet truck disassembled and were pulling at the mechanism like puppet strings. At this point I feel it is best to bring the truck to the dealer so they can decide how and if the mechanism was broken. According to Kim at JN Phillips, no matter what the outcome they would not pay for anything, and it would cost me upwards of $300. I hired Safelite to do the job at the dealership, my cost was zero. Two stars is too many, zero starts is more like it.
