I love studio 77 and the community as a whole! Whenever I have a long day it feels good to come home! The apartments are really nice and cozy, great kitchen finishes, spacious bathroom, nice BBQ area, pool, and more! The leasing office employees and maintenance workers are also great and very professional, especially Cheryl Elizaga, she makes new and old residents feel at home and always has a positive attitude. Also, the building is close to everything! 10/10 would recommend

I've lived in quite a few apartment complexes and this is by far the best one. The service and care that I received from the leasing staff, Jessica Duran, Socrates Flores and Cheryl Elizaga, has been out of this world amazing. They really believe that every resident should feel comfortable and safe and will stop at nothing to make sure that happens. From the service requests, to general question or handling unique situations, they are quick to respond and assist. I am so thankful and blessed to have found this place. I am fairly new to CA and they have made this transition so smooth for me.  If I can give more than 5 stars, I would. In my opinion, they deserve 20 stars!

Safety, cleanliness and customer service are things that I refuse to compromise on and this place has it all.

Great building and location! The leasing staff is extremely helpful and maintenance responds immediately. I definitely would have renewed my lease if I didn't have to relocate for work.

This was my first 'maintenance' experience and I have to say I was very pleased with the results. My window began leaking on Sunday afternoon. I moved and covered the area as quickly as possible as I didn't want anything to be damaged such as my sofa that did get a little wet or the floor and blinds. I sent in a request for maintenance right away. I had to leave my apartment due to an appointment I had previously made. When I returned on Monday afternoon not only was the window repaired but my furniture was back in place. The towels I had used to keep everything from getting wet had been folded and the blinds had been put back up on  the window. I also found a written report on my counter as to what had been done and thanking me for my quick reporting of the problem and a thank you for taking the time and caring enough to cover the floor and pad the window so water would not run all over. Again I have to say I'm 'Impressed'! Thank you for the care Maintenance you took in my apartment!  LR
