I was referred to LBC Mortgage by my attorney since I had a quite complicated purchase of multiple properties with no mortgage condition. I asked for hard money and Alex found the best hard money lender so we were able to close by the date in a contract with lower interests than I expected. I am very grateful.

I was not an easy client to work with, as I was looking to purchase, but was not sure if I wanted a single family or a condominium. Alex, the broker of LBC Mortgage explained the qualifications and was able to give me a pre approval to purchase my dream home that I had been saving for a while for. The team went above and beyond to make sure that my purchase transaction was a smooth sailing, as I had 101 questions and concerns. They patiently answered all my questions and made sure that the timeline fitted with my schedule as I was going to be leaving the country on vacation and needed to close escrow before I left so that I could have signed the loan documents. This was a ll delivered on a timely manner. Thank you and thank you to LBC mortgage.

I was seeking a mortgage company to  refinance my house and I was referred to LBC Mortgage through a colleague of mine. They made me feel welcome and explained every question that I had in regards to process. Customer service at LBC Mortgage is A+. They would even take the time to answer my emails after work hours. The broker took his time to shop and deliver the rate that I was looking for. Would definitely recommend LBC Mortgage to anyone that is looking to refi or purchase their home.

We have been looking for a house and loan for so long. I went from bank to bank finding a good deal.None of them were good and then we went to LBC Mortgage. We worked with Ana and she made sure I got the best rates and lowest closing costs. Lbc mortgage is the best place to take a loan from.
