Everyone has been very helpful and professional through the entire process. We are moving into our home next week, and everyone at Pulte has made this a great experience. The house was built from the ground up in an impressive amount of time, and we are moving in right in the time frame they gave us in the beginning. Can’t recommend them enough.

Pulte building team was there through everything and was pleasant to work with. From the seller's agent, to the project manager, to titles. Went very smoothly and if we had a problem, turnaround time was fast.

Way over priced for the quality.  Plus, they expect you to sell your current house before you enter into contract with them, so you'll end up moving twice.  The ONLY good thing I can say about them is that they are in a great subdivision.
