Walked in an walked right out before they could touch me. They were rude from the moment I walked in and i was there only 5 minutes. They argued about prices, trying to charge an additional $30 for a gel manicure when they advertised a regular mani/pedi for $35. Their seats are about 4 feet off the ground, and when I was struggling to get up no help was offered. I was simply told put butt in there. I said ya know what never mind. I am just going to leave. Then walked out. Do not go here!

Owner of this place is very very rude & nasty and doesn't care about his customers !!! They will NEVER get my business again !!

I was the first customer in the spa and over an hour later I received very little services. I requested a gel mani/pedi and eyebrows. I also needed my gel polish removed from hands and feet. My feet soaked in water for over 2o minutes while the owner waited for another employee to come to assist me. Instead soaking the gel polish off of my toenails he filed and pulled the gel polish off which still did not work instead he removed some of my toe nails. After, an hour of not having my gel polish completely removed from hands and feet I declined any other services. The owner attempted to charge me $20.00 for doing NOTHING but wrongly removing gel polish from my hands/feet. I will NEVER return and I do not recommend their services. There are so many nail salons in the area, its a competitive business they must do better.

i love this place I don't know why when they put on my gel polish it last forever.. Yes customer service is a little iffy but when you don't go to a spa and just go to a store front spa what else to expect.. So doesn't bother me to much. As long as my polish is perfect and my pedicure are sweet!

Not enough people working on a Saturday. When they are not rushed my experience has been excellent. When rushed my nails are sloppy and pedicure was not thorough.
