Was really impressed! Moved to the area and was looking for a good place for a hair cut. The hair stylist was very attentive and cut it EXACTLY how I asked. Also its a fairly reasonable price too. This is going to be my new regular place.

I have been a client at Supercuts since May 2015 and Chris helped me correcting my damaged hair and a coloring I made myself at home and after that I went back in July and Chris gave a new look and I was so happy with it.  She was wonderful to me.  Last Saturday, September 12 2015  got back and didn't find Chris, apparently she is having a family crisis and is on work leave.  This last time Jenna did my hair color  and it was wonderful as well.  She was so sweet making sure I was confortable, using all her knowledge and asking me about what color I would like (I have an "ombre" style) and she worked the entire time very professionally.  I recommend if you need any color or want a new look go to Jenna, she will help you all the way.  She provided me with bottle water, and making sure the hair dryer was at the right temperature, etc.  Love my Supercuts at St. Thomas Shopping Center, Owings Mills.

They don't know how to cut women's hair either. And after she cut mine, I didn't like the end product but I didn't say anything because I didn't want to hurt Chris' feelings. But I knew something wasn't right when she was cutting my hair and I could hear the scissors literally ripping my hair. If she reads this, she will say that I'm bashing her because we took her in and welcomed her into our home to help her save money, but "No"...it's not that at all. She is an alcoholic and a fighter. No wonder she can't keep a man in her life. A total "Train Wreck". 
I'll never go back, not even if they offered me a free cut. Thank you but NO Thank you.

100x better for a young caucasian men's haircut than Hair Cuttery. Great attention to detail, and they don't rush you out.
